Simply place your online order on the Reebok website, and it will be ready to collect from your chosen store within 5 business hours.

How to place your Click & Collect Order

Set Location

Set your preferred store location in the top bar, searching by postcode or geolocation.

Check Available Stock

On each product you view, you'll be alerted with the stock availability for the store you've chosen. If the style you want isn't in stock in your selected store, you can view other stores nearby and change your set location.

Place Order

Once you're ready to checkout, select 'Click & Collect' and place your order.

Collect Your Order

Once you're order is ready for collection, you'll receive a confirmation email from us, usually within 5 business hours.

Click & Collect Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Is there a minimum spend for Click & Collect?
    No, we have no minimum spend or order quantity for Click & Collect.

  2. What happens if some of the styles I want aren't in stock?
    If you're placing an order for multiple products that aren't all available in your selected Click & Collect store, you can opt for delivery for your full order instead.
    Alternatively, you can select a different nearby store that has all your items in stock.

  3. Where is Click & Collect Available?
    We offer Click & Collect across all our concept stores. Please note that a busy peak periods, Click & Collect may not be available in some or all stores.

  4. When will my order be ready to collect?
    Your order will be ready for collection within 5 business hours of being placed, and you'll receive an email from us confirming this. Please wait to receive this email before collecting your order.
    Please note orders placed outside of our store opening hours will be completed the following day.

  5. What are the opening hours for the store I've selected?
    You can view all our store hours and address details here.

  6. Can someone else pick up my order on my behalf?
    Yes, they will just need to show us a copy of the order confirmation email along with a form of ID for our records.

  7. How long will my order be held in store?
    Your order will be held for a maximum of 14 days in your chosen store. After this time, we will contact you to arrange delivery or a refund.

  8. Can I try on my order in store?
    Yes! You are welcome to try on your new purchase in our change rooms, where our friendly staff will be on hand to assist with any questions.

  9. Can I return or exchange my order?
    You are welcome to return your order for a refund or exchange to your nearest Reebok store within 30 days of the original purchase date in accordance with our returns policy. 
    Note we are unable to process Click & Collect returns through our Online returns portal.
