    Instagram Giveaway – Terms and Conditions

    1. The Promoter
    The promoter is BRAND COLLECTIVE PTY LTD ABN 34 098 742 628 of Level 5, 88 Green Street

    Cremorne, VIC 3121

    2. Promotion period
    The promotion opens at 10:00am AEST on 13.07.26 and closes at 3:00pm AEST on 17.07.26 (“the Promotion Period"). Entries received outside the Promotion Period are invalid.

    3. Eligibility
    Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over, except employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, its related entities, and any agencies associated with this promotion. Entrants under 18 or outside Australia are ineligible and any such entry will be disqualified.

    4. How to enter
    To enter, an individual must during the Promotion Period:
    (a) follow the official @reebokau_nz Instagram account; and
    (b) comment on the promotional post as directed in that post (comment ‘StreetX and US shoe size).

    Entry is free. No purchase is necessary. Each valid comment counts as one entry. Entries must comply with Instagram's terms of use. Incomplete entries, or entries that do not satisfy both (a) and (b), are invalid.

    5. Prize
    The prize is 1 x pair of SIDEWINDER 96 ID WHITE/GREEN/YELLOW (Style Code: RBK170894.DPY) valued at $180.00 (RRP, inclusive of GST). Total prize pool: $180.00 There one winner. The Prize is not transferable, not exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. If the Prize (or any part) becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the Promoter's control, the Promoter may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any written directions of the relevant regulatory authority.

    6. Winner selection (draw)
    The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries at Level 5, 88 Green Street

    Cremorne, VIC 3121 on Friday 17.07.26 at 5:00pm. The draw will be conducted electronically.

    7. Notification
    The winner will be notified by direct message via Instagram within 1 business day of the draw. The winner's Instagram handle and first name will be published on @reebokau_nz on 17.07.26 and will remain published for at least 28 days.

    8. Claiming the prize
    The winner must respond and provide delivery details within 7 days of notification. If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, is found to be ineligible, or forfeits the Prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any regulatory direction) to redraw. Any unclaimed prize draw will be held on 28.07.26 at the location in clause 6, with the redrawn winner notified and published in the same manner.

    9. Instagram disclaimer
    This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Entrants release Instagram and Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion and acknowledge that information is provided to the Promoter, not to Instagram or Meta.

    10. Entrant content and publicity
    By entering, entrants grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce their comment for the purposes of conducting and promoting this competition. The winner consents to the Promoter using their name and Instagram handle for winner-announcement purposes without further compensation, subject to clause 11.

    11. Privacy
    The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to conduct this promotion. Information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Promoter's privacy policy at https://reebok.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. Personal information may be disclosed to the relevant State and Territory regulatory authorities on request. 

    12. General
    The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, breaches these terms, or engages in conduct that is unlawful or damaging to the Promoter's reputation. The Promoter is not liable for any late, lost, or misdirected entries, or for any technical failure of Instagram. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter excludes liability for any loss arising from participation in this promotion or use of the Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

    13. Governing law
    This promotion is governed by the laws of Victoria, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
