What is your return policy?

We offer refunds for all purchases within 30 days of delivery.

Do the same return rules apply for full price and sale items?

Yes, the same policy applies across full-price, promotional, and markdown products.

How do I make a return?

Please lodge your return through our returns centre where you will be provided with a slip. 

Do I need to pay to ship my return back?

No, we offer free returns on all orders.

What currency does your site use?

This site uses AUD. We accept Australian and New Zealand orders, please note that if you are purchasing from New Zealand, the site will transact from AUD and you may be charged an international fee.

Do I have to pay for shipping?

We offer free shipping on Australian orders over $100, all orders below this value will be charged $9.95. New Zealand shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery timeframes vary based on where you are located. Typically, standard shipping takes 2-6 days and express takes 1-3 days. Shipping to New Zealand can take up to 10 days.

Something doesn’t look right on the tracking for my order, what do I do?

Can I purchase a gift card online?

Unfortunately, gift cards are currently not available. 

How do I apply a coupon code?

Why isn’t my coupon code working?

Do you price match?

We pride ourselves on charging a fair price for all Reebok products and support our retail partners, therefore, we do not price match. 

What are my payment options?

We offer credit card, PayPal, Afterpay, Open Pay, Zip Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to modify orders once they are placed, but please get in touch with us ASAP at [email protected] so that we can look into this for you. Please wait to receive your order and ship this back to us.

What happens if my order is marked as Return To Sender?

If your order is marked as return to sender, this will be sent back to the dispatch location. This process could take anywhere between 3 days to 2 weeks at the most, depending on your location in relation to the dispatch location. Once received, the Customer Service team will be in touch to organise your order to be resent.

When placing your order, please ensure that your details are completely correct and has all the relevant information, to avoid this occurring.
