Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our order processing system we are unable to amend or cancel orders once placed.

Delivery address changes can be made via Australia Post as long as the order is still in transit. Please visit MyPost website or app to use the tracking service to redirect your parcel.

When will my order be dispatched?

Please allow up to 3 to 5 business days for your order to be dispatched.

How do I return an online order?

Online orders can be returned for free to our online warehouse or in-store. Please visit our returns page for more information.

What is your returns policy?

We offer refunds for all purchases returning within 30 days of delivery. Click here for our full returns policy.

Do the same return rules apply for full price and sale items?

Yes, the same policy applies across full-price, promotional, and markdown products.

Do I need to pay to ship my return back?

No, we offer free returns on all orders.

What currency does your site use?

This site uses AUD. We accept Australian and New Zealand orders, please note that if you are purchasing from New Zealand, the site will transact from AUD and you may be charged an international fee.

Do I have to pay for delivery?

We offer free standard shipping on ALL Australian orders. Limited time only. Express shipping can be added to your order at a rate of $14.95. New Zealand shipping is available at a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery timeframes vary based on where you are located. Typically, standard delivery takes 2-6 business days and express takes 1-3 business days. Shipping to New Zealand can take up to business 10 days.

Something doesn’t look right on the tracking for my order, what do I do?
